Studio Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
Full payment is required up front to secure the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged the full session amount.
3. No-Show Policy
If an artist or team does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full amount of the booked session will be charged, as we were unable to take in another session, had to turn away other bookings, and still have to pay staff.
4. Late Arrivals
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If the artist or team arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full amount will be charged.
5. Session Time
If the session goes past the scheduled end time, a full additional hour will be billed at the standard hourly rate, half-hour increments are not offered.
6. Studio Etiquette
Artists and their teams are expected to treat the studio and its equipment with respect. Any damage to the studio or equipment will result in additional charges.
7. Session Files
We recommend bringing an external hard drive for file transfers. The Hit Stop is not responsible for storing session files beyond 30 days after the session. After this period, we cannot guarantee file availability.
8. Rebooking
If you need to reschedule your session, please do so as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be treated as a cancellation.
